The Duchess of Cambridge meets US Open's British Champions at Homecoming event

Today, the Duchess of Cambridge attended the Homecoming event for the US Open’s British Champions as Patron of the Lawn Tennis Association.

The Duchess of Cambridge met Emma Raducanu, who won the ladies’ single title, Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid, winners of the men's wheelchair doubles, and Joe Salisbury who won the men’s doubles.

Afterward, the Duchess of Cambridge played tennis with the champions. The event was organized by the LTA Youth Centre. The LTA Youth is an innovative program aimed at inspiring the next generation of players aged 4-18. Per Kensington Palace, it aims to ”help more children enjoy the benefits of playing and staying in tennis, whatever their age, gender, ability, disability or background.”

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new Poivre Blanc outfit (with thanks to Mallory) with new On Running sneakers (with thanks to LadyParky) and the hoops of her Missoma earrings.
