Queen Maxima visits Washington D.C
Following the Dutch State Visit to Sweden, Queen Maxima traveled to Washington D.C to attend the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group in her role as UNSGSA.
On Friday, she first took part in the CBDCs for Financial Inclusion: Risks and Rewards event with IMF Director, Kristalina Georgieva.
She also co-hosted an event with the acting Comptroller of the Currency, Michael J. Hsu, at the Treasury Department.
On Saturday, Queen Maxima took part in the World Bank event Building Resilience: Accelerating Financial Inclusion through Digitalization.
During the event, she presented the new GlobalFindex Little Data Book on Financial Inclusion which shows how many adults worldwide have a bank account.
On Friday, Queen Maxima wore her Natan outfit with her Salvatore Ferragamo pumps, her Sophie Habsburg clutch, and her Tom Ford glasses.
On Saturday, Queen Maxima wore a repeated navy suit with her Salvatore Ferragamo pumps, her JAR earrings, and her Tom Ford glasses.
