The Earl and Countess of Wessex's Caribbean Tour - Day 6
On Wednesday, the Earl and Countess of Wessex spent their sixth day in the Caribbean as part of their tour to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
The Earl and Countess of Wessex spent most of the day in Soufriere, Saint Lucia, where they first visited the Fond Doux Cocoa Plantation to hear more about the cocoa production process and how it contributes to the local economy.
The couple then visited Sulphur Springs, a geothermal field and dormant volcano with natural mud baths.
In the afternoon, the Earl and Countess of Wessex went to Soufriere Mini Stadium where they watched a performance celebrating the young people in Saint Lucia.
In the evening, the Earl and Countess of Wessex attended a reception at Government House. During the reception, the Earl of Wessex carried out an investiture on behalf of the Queen.
The Countess of Wessex wore a new Soler green printed top with white trousers, her Penelope Chilvers espadrilles, and her Sophie Habsburg clutch. She also wore her Cassandra Goad necklace and her Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses.
In the afternoon, the Countess of Wessex changed into a new ME + EM dress with the same accessories.
For the reception in the evening, the Countess of Wessex wore a new Erdem dress with her Stuart Weitzman wedges and a Sophie Habsburg bag. She paired the outfit with her Halcyon Days bracelets.
