The Earl and Countess of Wessex visit Preston

On Wednesday, the Earl and Countess of Wessex visited Preston to mark 20 years since it was granted city status to mark The Queen’s Golden Jubilee.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex first visited Preston Markets where they met some of the traders selling local Lancashire produce.

The Countess of Wessex also met families from Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Syria who have been resettled in Preston.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex then visited Avenham and Miller Parks where they met the Preston Panthers, Preston North End Football Trust, and DanceSyndrome.

In Miller Park, the Earl and Countess of Wessex planted a tree to mark the completion of the park’s restoration project.

The Countess of Wessex wore a new ME + EM suit with a white top. She paired the outfit with her Jimmy Choo pumps and her Valextra bag. She also wore her Cassandra Goad necklace and her Felt bracelet.
