Queen Maxima visits Milan Design Week
On Tuesday, Queen Maxima visited Milan Design Week to support Dutch designers.
She first visited an innovative urban park in Isola which has been designed here by the Dutch landscape architect Petra Blaisse. She also met Dutch designers and labels at the Circolare expo square designed by Studio MAST.
Afterward, Queen Maxima visited Salone Satellite, which is part of the Salone del Mobile. She met with five young designers from the Netherlands, who have been selected by an international jury for Salone Satellite, as well as students from the Design Academy Eindhoven.
In the evening, Queen Maxima attended the seventh edition of Masterly, the Dutch in Milano in Palazzo dei Giureconsulti, where the collections of more than seventy Dutch interior designers and companies have been brought together by curator Nicole Uniquole. She also attended the Masterly networking event with designers, business representatives, and dignitaries.
Queen Maxima first wore a Claes Iversen trench coat (with thanks to ModeKoninginMaxima) with a blue outfit, her Salvatore Ferragamo pumps, her Begum Khan clutch, and her Cartier sunglasses.
