Queen Letizia makes speech at UN High Level meeting
On Thursday, Queen Letizia digitally took part in a UN High Level meeting to promote a World Health Organization resolution in 2024 in favor of Universal Health Coverage for people with rare diseases.

In her speech, Queen Letizia said: “This new step would result in specific actions in all the member countries of the United Nations. On the one hand, it would favor the gathering of precise information with the appropriate indicators that would define the exact situation of rare diseases; on the other hand, it would enable the submission of proposals to advance the recognition of the rights of people affected by these diseases and thus remove the obstacles that are making it difficult for them to access the available resources.”
Queen Letizia wore her Hugo Boss suit with her Carolina Herrera top and her Isabel Abdo pumps. She also wore her Gold & Roses earrings and her Coreterno ring.
