The Duchess of Sussex attends Southern California Welcome Project dinner
Earlier this month, the Duchess of Sussex attended an early Thanksgiving dinner hosted by the Southern California Welcome Project, which is supported by the Archewell Foundation. The project supports the creation of programming for women who have recently resettled from Afghanistan.
The Duchess of Sussex spent time with the women supported by the project and listened to their stories and poetry. She said: “All of you have stories to tell, and the power of you telling them and sharing them with each other—with our broader community—is what will help propel the change that I think we all dream of that you see and hear in the poems that we just listened to.”
The Duchess of Sussex wore a Leset top (with thanks to WhatMeghanWore) with her Gabriela Hearst trousers. She also wore her Cartier bracelet and watch.
