King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima mark 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Mesch

On Thursday, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima marked the 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of Mesch. The event also marked the start of the national celebrations which will take place throughout the country in 2024 and 2025 to celebrate and commemorate 80 years of freedom.

In Mesch, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima attended an official ceremony before touring the village and visiting a pop-up museum about the liberation.

Queen Maxima wore her Natan Couture dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and her Steltman earrings.
