Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel's Official Visit to Japan - Day 3

On Monday, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel spent their third day in Japan, attending engagements in Hiroshima and Tokyo.

They first visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park where they laid a wreath, before touring the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum to mark the 80th anniversary of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic bombings. They also met with the Mayor of Hiroshima.

In the evening, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended a reception held by the Swedish Ambassador to Japan in Tokyo, with Princess Takamado in attendance. In her speech, Crown Princess Victoria said: “Although Japan and Sweden are far apart geographically, our relationship is both close and strong. Both our countries know that progress does not come by chance, but through commitment and hard work. There is, apparently, a Japanese saying: “It is effort that makes the impossible possible.” Japan and Sweden prove this true every day.”

Crown Princess Victoria first wore her Andiata dress with Gianvito Rossi pumps and her Silvia Furmanovich clutch. She paired the outfit with her Tim Mårtenson headpiece, By Jolima earrings, and her By Jolima necklace.

In the evening, Crown Princess Victoria wore her By Malene Birger dress with Gianvito Rossi pumps and her Zara clutch. She paired the outfit with repeated earrings and her Dulong Fine Jewelry bracelet.
