Queen Mathilde visits Armenia - Day 1

On Tuesday, Queen Mathilde started a two-day official visit to Armenia in her role as an Advocate for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. She first attended a meeting with UN agencies at the UN House to hear about their initiatives in Armenia.

Afterward, Queen Mathilde visited Mission Armenia Social Services Center, a counseling and social support center supported by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, to learn about their work with refugees.

She then met with the President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, at the Presidential Palace.

Queen Mathilde then took part in a working lunch with four inspiring Armenian women to discuss women's empowerment in Armenian society.

In the afternoon, Queen Mathilde met with students from Yerevan State University to discuss their vision on sustainable development in Armenia.

She also visited the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, which offers free extracurricular training to children and adolescents wishing to acquire skills in different digital sectors.

Queen Mathilde wore her Natan Couture coat with her Natan Couture printed dress. She paired the outfit with her Jimmy Choo pumps and her Fabienne Delvigne clutch. She also wore her Percossi Papi earrings and her Rolex watch.
