Swedish Royal Couple and Crown Princess Victoria host Diplomatic Reception
On Wednesday, King Carl-Gustaf, Queen Silvia, and Crown Princess Victoria hosted a diplomatic reception for ambassadors from the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Spain, Malaysia, Japan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
A few times per year, newly appointed ambassadors are given the opportunity to meet members of the Royal Family at a reception where they can also meet each other and representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
