Queen Maxima visits South Africa - Day 2

On Wednesday, Queen Maxima spent her second day in South Africa as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Financial Health (UNSGSA).

She took part in a roundtable discussion on how policies and products can better support financial health outcomes and delivered a keynote address emphasizing the need for responsible, inclusive financial innovation at the Roundtable on Financial Health.

Queen Maxima also held bilateral meetings focusing on regulatory reforms aimed at fostering responsible, inclusive, and sustainable credit markets that support the financial health of South Africans.
