The Duchess of Edinburgh visits 'Unsilenced: Sexual Violence in Conflict’ exhibition
On Wednesday, the Duchess of Edinburgh visited the 'Unsilenced: Sexual Violence in Conflict’ exhibition at the Imperial War Museum in London as part of her support of the United Nations’ Women, Peace and Security agenda and the UK’s Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative.
The exhibition is the UK’s first major exhibition on sexual violence in conflict and features case studies from the First World War to today, examining how and why sexual violence is perpetrated, its impact on victims and survivors, and the pursuit of justice and reconciliation.
The Duchess of Edinburgh wore her Gabriela Hearst dress with her Jimmy Choo pumps and her Sophie Habsburg clutch. She also wore her Asprey London bracelet and her Monica Vinader stacking rings.
