Queen Mary visits the Faculty of Social Sciences and names electric tugboat
On Tuesday, Queen Mary attended two events in Copenhagen. She first visited the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Copenhagen with the Queen Mary’s Center.
During her visit, Queen Mary learned about the faculty's work to promote welfare innovation across sectors of society. She also met with students who are working to strengthen social relationships on campus and attended a lecture on the importance of social relationships for mental wellbeing and health.
Afterward, Queen Mary took part in the naming ceremony of Denmark's first electric tugboat. The electric tugboat was named Svitzer Ingrid, inspired by Queen Ingrid and Norse mythology.
Queen Mary wore a Zimmermann blouse, previously worn by Princess Josephine, with a Skall Studio skirt, her Prada belt, and Malone Souliers black pumps. She paired the outfit with bracelets by Dulong Fine Jewelry and Rebekka Notkin. For the naming ceremony, she changed into her Chanel flats.
