Belgian State Visit to Norway - Day 3
On Thursday, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde spent their third day in Norway, attending engagements in Stavanger with Crown Prince Haakon.
They first visited the Norwegian Petroleum Museum where they took part in a business seminar on energy security and carbon capture and storage in Stavanger.
Afterward, the Royal Couple and Crown Prince Haakon walked through the old town of Stavanger, famous for its beautifully preserved 18th-century wooden houses.
They also attended a luncheon hosted by the Mayor of Stavanger at Stavanger Concert Hall.
King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, and Crown Prince Haakon also visited the Sola Air Base to learn more about the NASAMS air defense system, which is soon to be acquired by the Belgian Army. They also heard about the AW101 helicopters, which play a vital role in search and rescue missions at sea.
King Philippe and Queen Mathilde then bid farewell to Crown Prince Haakon before flying back to Belgium.
Queen Mathilde wore her Natan dress with her Natan Couture x Alicia Audrey cape. She paired the outfit with her Christian Dior pumps and bag. She also wore a Fabienne Delvigne headband and her Rolex watch.
