King Philippe and Queen Mathilde visit Flemish Brabant

On Tuesday, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde visited Flemish Brabant. They first visited the VUB photonics research and innovation center in Pajottegem to learn more about the manufacturing processes of the ultrasensitive mirrors intended for the Einstein telescope.

Afterward, they visited STEAM Academy, an educational center that offers interactive workshops to spark young people's interest in scientific subjects.

King Philippe and Queen Mathilde also visited Welzijnscampus Nieuwenbos, a multidisciplinary social support center.

Queen Mathilde wore a Natan outfit with nude pumps and a Fabienne Delvigne clutch. She paired the outfit with Nunu BCN earrings (with thanks to GardeRobeRoyale) and her Rolex watch.
