The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh visit Portugal - Day 2
On Tuesday, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh spent their second day in Portugal. While the Duke of Edinburgh first visited St Julian’s School, the Duchess of Edinburgh took part in a Model NATO Conference at the National Defence Institute in Lisbon.
Afterward, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh visited the Aerodrómo da Atouguia de Baleia to visit TEKEVER, a leading UK-Portuguese aerospace company.
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh also visited the Batalha Monastery. They laid flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and at the tomb of King João I of Portugal and Queen Philippa of Lancaster.
The Duchess of Edinburgh wore her Altuzarra blazer with her Max Mara dress. She paired the outfit with her Penelope Chilvers wedges and her Radley London bag. She also wore her Adore Jewels earrings, her Loewe watch, and her Giulia Barela ring.
