On Friday, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde attended the memorial ceremony for the victims of the bus accident that took place in Buggenhout on 26 May 2026. After the ceremony, the Royal Couple spent time with the victims, their relatives, and the first responders mobilized at the scene of the tragedy.
Queen Mathilde wore her Emporio Armani dress with her Jimmy Choo pumps and her Olga Berg clutch. She also wore her Rolex watch.
