Queen Silvia marks The Day of the Elderly in Ekerö
On Wednesday, Queen Silvia celebrated The Day of the Elderly at Ekebyhov's castle park in Ekerö. The Day has been celebrated since 1998 at the initiative of Queen Silvia.
During the traditional picnic, Queen Silvia met with elderly residents and enjoyed performances by The Fantastic Four.
Queen Silvia wore the costume she received from Ekerö, the Lovödräkten, with her Cartier and Engelbert Stockholm bracelets.
