The Duchess of Edinburgh attends Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Partnership Charter launch
On Monday, the Duchess of Edinburgh attended the launch of the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Partnership Charter at the University of West London.
The Charter aims to bring together organisations working to improve support for people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The Duchess of Edinburgh wore a Roland Mouret dress with her Penelope Chilvers pumps and her Noble Macmillan clutch. She paired the outfit with her Giulia Barela earrings and her Asprey London and Tiffany & Co bracelets.




On Monday, Princess Leonor started the university year at the Getafe Campus of the Carlos III University of Madrid.
