King Felipe and Queen Letizia attend Air Force Parade
On Thursday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia were in San Javier to attend the Delivery of Royal Employment Offices at the General Air Academy.
King Felipe reviewed the forces before a prayer of thanksgiving by the Spanish Archbishop Castrense took place. In the end, the outgoing flag bearer delivered the Flag to the new second lieutenant of the LXXII Promotion of the General Staff of the Officers’ Scale.
The events concluded with an air and land parade, which involved the formation of six E-26 aircraft and the Eagle Patrol, as well as the Student Squad, and a tribute to those who gave their lives for Spain. King Felipe and Queen Letizia also met and congratulated the new officers.
For this military event, Queen Letizia repeated her Zara draped linen top which she paired with a new skirt by Sweet Matitos. She also wore her Carolina Herrera suede slingback pumps, her Furla Metropolis bag, her Gold & Roses ‘Dagger’ earrings and her Karen Hallam ring.
