Queen Letizia opens the Valencia World Center for Sustainable Urban Food

On 22 July, Queen Letizia was in Valencia to preside over the opening of the Valencia World Center for Sustainable Urban Food (CEMAS). The center is an interdisciplinary body for research, dissemination and awareness of the great challenges facing cities and the general population in food and nutritional issues.

During her visit, Letizia toured the new building and held a meeting with the Director of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

To conclude her visit, Letizia signed the guest book of CEMAS and attended the unveiling of a commemorative plaque.

Letizia wore her Carolina Herrera red guipure lace dress with new matching Carolina Herrera slingback pumps. She paired the outfit with her Magrit clutch, her Aldao ruby earrins and her Karen Hallam ring.
