Duchess of Sussex launches the Smart Works Capsule Collection

Today, the Duchess of Sussex was on the roof garden of John Lewis where she attended the official launch event of the Smart Set Capsule Collection. The collection was created to support her Smart Works patronage.

Smart Works worked with four brands with help from Meghan to create a collection with five work appropriate pieces. The brands chosen are John Lewis, Misha Nonoo, Jigsaw and Marks & Spencer. For each piece bought, one will be donated to Smart Works.

In her speech, Meghan said: “It was just last September that we launched the Together cookbook with the women of the Hubb Kitchen. Now, one year later, I am excited to celebrate the launch of another initiative of women supporting women, and communities working together for the greater good.”

Meghan wore two pieces from the collection to the event: the Jigsaw Paris trousers and the Misha Nonoo white shirt. She paired the outfit with a new belt by Polo Ralph Lauren and new matching Manolo Blahnik suede pumps. She wore Diana’s butterfly earrings and bangle as well as her Shaun Leane gold bracelet, Pippa Small Oshna bangle and her Zofia Day open diamond cuff.
