UPDATED: Duchess of Sussex continues South Africa Tour in Johannesburg

Today, while the Duke of Sussex was in Malawi, the Duchess of Sussex resumed public official events in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Duchess had previously undertaken private engagements in Cape Town while the Duke visited Botswana and Angola.

She visited the University of Johannesburg where she attended a roundtable discussion with the Association of Commonwealth University of which she is Patron. She met academics and students to discuss the challenges faced by young women in accessing higher education.

In the afternoon, Meghan visited a girls’ club tackling sexual violence in schools. The local charity receives funding from UKAid to raise awareness of and tackle sexual violence in schools.

Meghan wore a new Banana Republic trench dress which she paired with her Stuart Weitzman Legend suede pumps. It looks like she’s also wearing her Alemdara bracelet and her Jennifer Meyer ring.

For her engagement in the afternoon, Meghan debuted a new shirt dress by ROOM502 as well as Pichulik ‘Labyrinth’ earrings. She also wore her Manolo Blahnik BB black suede pumps, her Alemdara bracelet and her Jennifer Meyer ring.
