The Duchess of Cambridge visits Imperial College London for Baby Loss Awareness Week

Today, the Duchess of Cambridge visited the Institute of Reproductive and Development Biology at Imperial College London during Baby Loss Awareness Week. The Institute of Reproductive and Development Biology is part of Tommy’s National Centre for Miscarriage Research.

The Duchess of Cambridge learned about the work the charity Tommy’s is doing to reduce rates of miscarriage, stillbirth, and premature birth. She met with experts to hear about their work in finding the causes of baby loss in order to prevent it. She also heard about the COVID-19 trials that are currently taking place at the research center. These trials aim to understand the risks of COVID-19 for pregnant women.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore her Emilia Wickstead blue dress with her Prada navy pumps. She also wore her Spells of Love earrings and Amaia face mask.
