King Felipe and Queen Letizia end their busy week with two events in Madrid

Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia ended their busy week with two events in Madrid.

They first presided over the inauguration of the monument in tribute to all health professionals in Spain, in recognition of their work, effort, and commitment during the health crisis of COVID-19, an initiative promoted by the Collegiate Medical Organization. A minute of silence for the health workers who died in the exercise of their profession during the COVID-19 pandemic was also held during the ceremony.

Afterward, King Felipe and Queen Letizia visited the Caritas Diocesiana Care Center for the Elderly "Santa Catalina de Alejandría", which serves residents of 14 towns in the Intermunicipal Association of the Southeast of the Community of Madrid affected by rural depopulation.

Queen Letizia wore her Hugo Boss Canika1 belted coat over her navy pinstripe Hugo Boss suit. She paired the outfit with her Uterque shoes and her Karen Hallam gold ring.
