Spanish State Visit to Sweden - Day 2

Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia spent their last day in Sweden as they are undertaking a state visit to the country.

King Carl-Gustaf and King Felipe first attended a business meeting with Spanish and Swedish companies before attending a business seminar.

Afterward, King Carl-Gustaf and King Felipe visited the KTH Royal Institute of Technology to discuss smart transport, digitization, and a sustainable recovery after the pandemic.

In the meantime, Queen Silvia and Queen Letizia attended a seminar in the Bernadotte Library at the Royal Palace on language, literature, and translation as a bridge between cultures. The seminar was organized by the Swedish Institute and the Institut Cervantes.

Afterward, the two royal couples attended an official lunch hosted by the Mayor of Stockholm at City Hall.

Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl-Philip, and Princess Sofia were in attendance.

In the afternoon, King Carl-Gustaf and King Felipe visited the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences to discuss sustainable energy and climate change.

In the evening, King Felipe and Queen Letizia met with members of the Association of Spanish Scientists in Sweden. During the meeting, King Felipe presented the ACES Margarita Salas Prize.

King Felipe and Queen Letizia then hosted a reception at the Spanish Embassy for King Carl-Gustaf and Queen Silvia.

The state visit ended as King Felipe and Queen Letizia bid farewell to their Swedish hosts at Arlanda Airport before flying back to Madrid.

For the day events, Queen Letizia wore a new Carolina Herrera coat with a new Pedro del Hierro dress (with thanks to Nuria). She paired the outfit with Magrit accessories, her Yanes earrings, and her Karen Hallam ring.

Queen Silvia wore a new suit with her Tory Burch bag and her Cartier bracelet.

Crown Princess Victoria wore a new Baum und Pfedgarten outfit (with thanks to @innomiante_93) with her Tara Jarmon belt, Gianvito Rossi pumps, and Vogt Stockholm bag. She also wore jewels by Kreuger, her usual stack of bracelets, her Epoch watch, and her Handsbutikken gloves.

Princess Sofia wore her Tiger of Sweden blazer with her By Malina velvet trousers. She paired the outfit with her Stinaa.J pumps and her Susan Szatmary clutch. She also wore LWL Jewelry earrings and her Bigli rings.

For the reception, Queen Letizia wore her Carolina Herrera black cape over a new Cherubina dress (with thanks to Nuria). She paired the outfit with a repeated clutch, her Prada pumps, her De Grisogono earrings, and her Karen Hallam ring.

Queen Silvia wore a grey suit with her Salvatore Ferragamo pumps and black patent leather clutch.

Crown Princess Victoria wore a new Khaite bodysuit with her Baum und Pferdgarten skirt, her Gianvito Rossi pumps, and her Swarovski clutch. She paired the outfit with new Engelbert earrings and Kreuger rings.

Princess Sofia wore a new ByTiMo dress with a new Flattered bag and repeated pumps. She also wore her Sanna Evers earrings and her Bigli rings.
