Finnish State Visit to Sweden - Day 2
Today, the President of Finland and the First Lady spent their second and last day in Stockholm as they concluded their state visit to Sweden.
King Carl-Gustaf and President Niinistö first attended a roundtable discussion with Swedish and Finnish companies at the Institute of Finland. Afterward, they were joined by Prince Carl-Philip as they visited the Berga naval base where they were given a demonstration of the Amphibious Regiment's and Fourth Naval Fleet's ships and equipment.
In the meantime, Queen Silvia and the First Lady Jenni Haukio visited the Swedish Academy where they learned more about the Academy’s work and toured an exhibition of archival objects.
They also visited an activity center for Ukrainian children which is run in collaboration with the non-profit organization Beredskapslyftet at the Nordic Museum.
The Royal Couple and the Presidential Couple then attended an official lunch at Stockholm’s City Hall.
Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl-Philip, and Princess Sofia were also in attendance.
In the afternoon, King Carl-Gustaf, Queen Silvia, and the Finnish First Lady visited the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency. They heard more about the Swedish-Finnish co-operation in crisis preparedness and civil defense.
To conclude the state visit, the Swedish Royal family and the Presidential Couple attended a reception with the Finnish business delegation.
The Royal Family then bid farewell to President Niinistö and First Lady Jenni Haukio at the Royal Palace.

Princess Sofia wore a new Andiata top and skirt with her Stinaa.J pumps and a new Cartier blue bag. She paired the outfit with new Sanna Evers earrings, her Bigli rings, her Ole Lynggaard bracelet, and her Rolex watch.
For the farewell reception, Queen Silvia wore a grey suit with her Engelbert and Cartier bracelets.
Crown Princess Victoria wore her Jennifer Blom dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and her Prada clutch.
Princess Sofia wore her Valerie Stockholm dress with Stinaa.J blue pumps and a new Cartier pink clutch. She paired the outfit with her Rare Jewelry earrings, her Bigli rings, and her Rolex watch.
