Queen Maxima makes virtual visit to Stichting De Buitenboordmotor
Today, Queen Maxima paid a virtual visit to Stichting De Buitenboordmotor as a member of the Netherlands Entrepreneurship Committee. Stichting De Buitenboordmotor is developing a system to simplify the cross-sectoral transition from job to job.
During the meeting, Queen Maxima heard about the training program in which participants are challenged to map their talents and link them to their motivations, competencies, and potential jobs in sectors where there is a shortage. She also met with people who have found a new job via De Buitenboordmotor to hear their experiences and the obstacles they encountered during the process.
