Belgian State Visit to Lithuania - Day 3
On Wednesday, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde spent their third and last day in Lithuania.
While King Philippe started the day visited Belgian troops stationed in Lithuania, Queen Mathilde and the First Lady visited a center for Ukrainian refugees in Vilnius.
Queen Mathilde and the First Lady also visited the social restaurant Pirmas Blynas, which mainly employs people with disabilities.
Afterward, King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, and the Presidential Couple went to Kaunas. The city is the 2022 European Capital of Culture.
They visited the M.K. Čiurlionis Museum of Art and learned more about the collaboration between Courtrai and Kaunas in the field of design.
As King Philippe and Queen Mathilde departed Lithuania, they shared a message on social media thanking “the Lithuanian authorities and people for their welcome and hospitality throughout this superb visit!”
Queen Mathilde wore a Dries Van Noten outfit with her Fabienne Delvigne hat and her Rolex watch.
