The Duchess of Cambridge spends first day in Denmark
Today, the Duchess of Cambridge started her working visit in Denmark with the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.
Upon her arrival at Copenhagen airport, she was welcomed by the UK Ambassador to Denmark Emma Hopkins.
The Duchess of Cambridge first visited the Copenhagen Infant Mental Health Project at the University of Copenhagen. The project aims “to promote the mental wellbeing of parents and their children - and the relationship between them.”
Afterward, the Duchess of Cambridge visited The Children’s Museum in Frederiksberg to discuss the CIMHP’s ‘Understand Your Baby’ and ‘Alarm Distress Baby Scale’ programs which form a process to identify infants who are “at risk of adverse social and emotional development”.
The Duchess of Cambridge also visited the Lego Foundation PlayLab which is a training centre for students training in the early years field.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore her Zara red blazer with a new ME+EM top (with thanks to Christine) and black trousers which could be her Roland Mouret ones. She wore her Gianvito Rossi black suede pumps and her Aspinal of London bag. She also debuted new Maria Black earrings (with thanks to @canadianduchess14) and a new Monica Vinader necklace (with thanks to Christine). When she arrived at the airport, she was carrying her Smythson bag.
