Prince Nicolas inaugurates Discovery Park in Skuleberget
On Tuesday, 21 June, Prince Nicolas, Duke of Ångermanland, visited Naturum Höga kusten and Skuleberget together with his parents Princess Madeleine and Mr. Christopher O'Neill.
On site at Naturum Höga kusten, Prince Nicolas was finally able to inaugurate the discovery park that was given as a gift to the Prince at the baptism seven years ago. He and Princess Madeleine played around on the different apparatus based at the bottom of Skuleberget. There is, among other things, an "ice sea" where you can jump between artificial ice floes and a miniature Skuleberget that you can climb.
The family was also able to visit the Visitor Center and were guided to around to the different exhibits and activities by manager, Anna Carlemalm.
In the afternoon, Prince Nicolas and his parents visited Skuleberget's lookout point. Skuleberget has the world's highest coastline with its 286 meters above sea level. With its uniquely elevated moraine cap, this is a common place to visit in the World Heritage.
Princess Madeleine wore a Red Valentino jacket over a Veronica Beard cardigan. Her white jeans were also from Veronica Beard and her trainers from Chloé. She accessorized with her Cartier Love Bracelet, Raen sunglasses, and a new Ebba Brahe necklace.
Prince Nicolas wore a top and trousers from Ralph Lauren with a Colmar down jacket and Naturino trainers.
