Queen Maxima joins craft group at TextielMuseum

On Thursday, Queen Maxima joined a craft group at the TextielMuseum as craft groups from all over the country that are currently embroidering the new curtains for the Chinese Hall of Huis ten Bosch Palace. Queen Maxima had already joined this group last March.

During her visit to the TextielLab, Queen Maxima first learned more about the machine embroidery process.

Afterward, Queen Maxima joined the craft group for some manual embroidery.

The results will be shown this fall in the exhibition 'Royal Embroidery | Stories and Craftsmanship' at the Textile Museum.

Queen Maxima wore her Zara cardigan and dress set with her Paul Andrew wedges, a Natan bag, and her Tom Ford glasses.
