Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel take part in Allemansrättens Day

On Tuesday, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel took part in Allemansrättens Day organized by Generation Pep and Svenskt Friluftsliv. The newly instituted day aims to increase knowledge of Allemansrätten (the right to access nature) and promote outdoor life.

Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel walked from Akalla center to Eggeby farm in Stockholm with children, young people, and representatives from outdoor organizations.

During their walk, the Crown Princess couple learned more about the right to access nature and how everyone can care for and protect nature. For example, they saw how the Sport Fishing Association work to preserve the greenling fish species found in the stream at Igelbäcken.

Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel ended the walk with students from Rinkebyskolan at Eggeby farm where they learned more about fires in nature.

Crown Princess Victoria wore her Houdini coat with a Gen Pep t-shirt, RevolutionRace trousers, and her Merrell shoes.
