The Prince and Princess of Wales attend SportAid's mental fitness workshop

On Thursday, the Prince and Princess of Wales attended a mental fitness workshop run by SportAid at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. The Princess of Wales is Patron of SportAid.

The Prince and Princess of Wales learned more about the support SportAid offers young athletes to build their mental fitness. They also joined practical sessions with young athletes focusing on building mental resilience. They tried to score points at netball under various forms of external pressure before playing a game of goalball, a visually impaired Paralympic sport.

The Princess of Wales wore her Zara blazer with her Ralph Lauren top and Mother Denim jeans (with thanks to Caroline Parr). She also wore her Veja sneakers and her Issy star earrings.
