Portuguese State Visit to Belgium - Day 1

On Tuesday, President Rebelo de Sousa of Portugal started a three-day state visit to Belgium. Following the tragic terrorist attack that took place in Bruxelles the evening before, the official welcome ceremony was canceled. The President was instead received by King Philippe and Queen Mathilde at the Royal Palace.
