Queen Letizia attends XXII Spain Mental Health Congress

On Tuesday, Queen Letizia attended the XXII Spain Mental Health Congress in Madrid. The congress was held under the motto "40 years for mental health, for rights, for you".

Queen Letizia first visited the exhibition marking the 40th anniversary of the Spain Mental Health Confederation.

In her speech, Queen Letizia said: “We all need to stop at some point, admit, be aware of our vulnerabilities, our weaknesses, be able to express that I can't, I don't know, I don't feel, I need time, I need to stop. Early health education, and prevention, would provide us with tools to be able to manage emotions and to be able to face adversity and traumatic situations that we all have in life. It is not the first time we have heard the scientific community and the educational community request that health training be included in the basic stages of education. Infant, primary, secondary, high school, professional training, health training.”

Queen Letizia wore her Bleis suit with a white Zara top (with thanks to LetiziaRoyalFashionLook) and her Magrit pumps. She paired the outfit with her Gold & Roses earrings and her Coreterno ring.
