On Wednesday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia presented the 2022 Gold Medals for Merit in Fine Arts in Cádiz. The medals recognize people and entities that have stood out in an eminent way in the field of artistic creation or that played a role in the promotion of art and the conservation of the national artistic heritage.
The 2022 Gold Medals winners include painter Augusto Ferrer-Dalmau, the Spanish Academy in Rome, writer Rosa Montero, singer María Jiménez, and architect Patxi Mangado.
