Queen Mathilde visits “Oudreach” service of the University Psychiatric Center of Louvain
On Tuesday, Queen Mathilde visited the “Oudreach” service of the University Psychiatric Center of Louvain. The Center provides home care to psychologically vulnerable elderly people.
