Swedish Royal Family hosts gala dinner for Nobel laureates
On Thursday evening, King Carl-Gustaf and Queen Silvia hosted the traditional dinner for the Nobel Laureates at the Royal Palace. Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl-Philip, Princess Madeleine, and Christopher O’Neill also attended.
The Royal Family first gave a small reception in Prince Bertil's apartment for the 2025 Nobel Laureates and their partners.

Afterward, the Royal Family and the Laureates moved to the Ballroom. There, they greeted other guests from the Riksdag, the government, the diplomatic corps, academies, research and science, and the Nobel Foundation among others.
The official dinner was then served in Karl XI's gallery with each member of the Royal Family sitting between Nobel Laureates.
Queen Silvia wore her Georg et Arend gown with purple pumps and her Cartier bracelet. She wore the Napoleonic Amethyst Parure.
Crown Princess Victoria wore her Safiyaa gown with metallic pumps and her Bottega Veneta clutch. She wore the Connaught Diamond Tiara.
Princess Madeleine wore a Monique Lhuillier gown with black pumps, her Bottega Veneta clutch, and her Cartier bracelet. She wore the Napoleonic Cut Steel Tiara.
