Danish State Visit to Australia - Day 1
This weekend, King Frederik and Queen Mary started a week-long State Visit to Australia. They landed in Perth on Friday.
They were hosted by Governor Chris Dawson and Darrilyn Dawson at the Government House in Perth.
On Saturday, the Royal Couple flew from Perth to the Northern Territory for the official start of the State Visit.
In Uluṟu, they first visited the Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park Cultural Centre where they were officially welcomed by the First Nations Community.
King Frederik and Queen Mary also visited the Kulata Academy Café. The Café is part of The National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA), which offers paid internships and traineeships in tourism and hospitality for young indigenous people.
In the evening, King Frederik and Queen Mary visited a viewpoint to experience the sunset over Uluṟu.
On Friday, Queen Mary wore a black suit with her Chanel flats and her Palorosa bag.
On Saturday, Queen Mary wore a printed blouse with a Mark Kenly Domino Tan skirt, her Gianvito Rossi sandals, and her Ralph Lauren bag. She paired the outfit with Giorgio Armani sunglasses, her Dulong Fine Jewelry earrings, her Orit Elhanati necklace, her Rebekka Notkin bracelet, and her Cartier watch. In Uluru, Queen Mary changed into her Chloé flats and she wore a Regatta jacket as well as a Akubra hat. To watch the sunset, Queen Mary then changed into her Arc’Teryx sneakers.
