On Wednesday, Princess Benedikte attended the opening of the "Prinsessekjoler" exhibition at Koldinghus.
On Friday, Princess Benedikte attended a reception hosted by Friends of Dressage and a number of her equestrian patronages to mark her upcoming 80th birthday.
On Tuesday, Queen Margrethe celebrated her 84th birthday and new photos were released to mark the day. Queen Margrethe celebrated her birthday with a private lunch with King Frederik, Queen Mary, and Princess Benedikte.
On Thursday, King Frederik and Queen Mary opened the "Frederik X - King of Tomorrow" exhibition at the Amalienborg Museum in Christian VIII's Palace. Princess Benedikte was also in attendance.
On Tuesday, Princess Benedikte visited Solgaven to mark their 50th anniversary. Solgaven is one of the Danish Association of the Blind's four special housing offers and a day center for the blind and partially sighted.
On Friday, Queen Mary and Princess Benedikte attended the Danish Warmblood Stallion competition in Herning.
On Tuesday, the Greek Royal Family attended a Thanksgiving Service for the Life of King Constantine held at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor. They were joined by members of the British Royal Family, of the Spanish Royal Family, and of the Danish Royal Family.
On Sunday, King Frederik and Queen Mary attended a Celebration Service in Aarhus Cathedral to mark King Frederik’s accession to the throne. They were joined by their four children as well as Queen Margrethe and Princess Benedikte.
On Monday, King Frederik, Queen Mary, Crown Prince Christian, Prince Joachim, and Princess Benedikte attended an official meeting of the Danish Parliament to mark King Frederik’s proclamation.
On Monday evening, Queen Margrethe, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Prince Joachim, Princess Marie, and Princess Benedikte attended the traditional New Year Gala in Copenhagen.
On Thursday, King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Prince Carl Philip, Princess Madeleine, and Tord Magnusson attended a concert celebrating Queen Silvia's 80th Birthday at Lilla Akademien Music School. Princess Benedikte of Denmark was also in attendance.
