Beauty is everywhere in our crinkle chiffon Roxanne Dress with hand-painted French roses. On either side of a round neck, raw-edged ruffles line the shoulders. Relaxed puffed sleeves fall to the elbow and the bodice has a loose fit. The midi skirt is constructed in tiered flounces, which grow from small to large as they travel down its length, creating a waterfall effect. Shown here in Pink Canopy.
