Italian structured silk gazar couture cocktail dress.
Gazar (also gazaar) is a silk plain weave fabric made with high-twist double yarns woven as one. Gazar has a crisp hand and a smooth texture. Silk gazar is much used in bridal and evening fashion due to its ability to hold its shape.
The dramatic stand up collar detail balances out the metres of folded cloth within the skirt. The dress has side pockets, and looks best with three quarter length sleeves.
