King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima attend opening of the new Amare cultural center

Tonight, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima attended the opening of the new Amare cultural center in The Hague.

The Amare cultural center is now the home of Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT), the Residentie Orkest Den Haag, the Royal Conservatoire and the Amare Foundation. The event tonight marked the handover of the building from the municipality to its new users.

The Royal Couple toured the center and then watched several rehearsals and performances by the artists.

The Amare cultural center will be officially open to the public in November 2021 with a three-day festival.

Queen Maxima wore her Zeus + Dione emerald green dress with her black Gianvito Rossi sandals and a Gianvito Rossi black clutch (with thanks to @innominate_93).
