Princess Astrid's Economic Mission to Australia - Day 6
On Friday, Princess Astrid spent her last day in Australia with the Belgian Ministers and the business delegation. She first attended a Success Stories breakfast where Belgian companies discussed their successful growth in Australia.
Afterward, Princess Astrid met with Minister for Economic Growth Tim Pallas and attended the seminar “Victoria-Belgium: Gateways to New Business Opportunities’.
Princess Astrid then took part in the ‘Together for severe childhood epilepsy: from fundamental research to solutions for patients. A bridge between Australia and Belgium’ conference.
In the afternoon, Princess Astrid visited Melbourne University’s Otolaryngology Department at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital where she learned more about Belgium’s cooperation with Australia in the hearing research field.
Princess Astrid wore a Marie Méro outfit and a Chanel bag.
