Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attends national tribute ceremony for Hélène Carrère d’Encausse
On Tuesday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attended the national tribute ceremony for Hélène Carrère d’Encausse held at the Hotel des Invalides in Paris, France. Hélène Carrère d’Encausse, the first woman to lead the French Academy, passed away earlier this year at 94. Grand Duchess Maria Teresa is a close family friend.
The ceremony was chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron who made a speech honoring Hélène Carrère d’Encausse’s life and esteemed career. Following the ceremony, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa spent time with the Carrère d’Encausse family and the French Presidential Couple.
Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore her Etro jacket with a black top, her Alexander McQueen trousers, her Prada pumps, and a Loewe bag. She also wore her Charlotte Chesnais ring.
