Recently, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited AHA! Santa Barbara for Mental Health Awareness Month. AHA! Santa Barbara is a youth group and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex heard about their experiences with social media and societal pressures, and how it affects their mental well-being.

They took part in an hour-long session discussing how social media can provide opportunities and communities but also can negatively impact mental health.
