Dutch State Visit to Kenya - Day 3
On Wednesday, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima continued their state visit to Kenya. They first visited the sanctuary park at Naivash Lake.
Afterward, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima visited an Inland Container Depot (ICD) committed to working with the Netherlands to make logistics flows of fresh products more sustainable.
The Royal Couple then toured a Dutch company that is committed to sustainable and responsible floriculture. The company also invests in a more sustainable and healthy local ecosystem and offers childcare and education for employees' children.
In the afternoon, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima took part in a knowledge session on climate, focusing on water, climate, and safety in Kenya and the East African region.
In the evening, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima hosted a return reception to thank President Ruto and his wife for their hospitality.
