Queen Silvia visits Flensburg, Germany
This week, Queen Silvia visited Flensburg in Germany. On Thursday, Queen Silvia visited the Malteser St. Franziskus Hospital to tour their Silvia ward, named after her – a specialized ward for patients suffering from dementia in addition to an acute illness.
On Friday, Queen Silvia visited the Childhood House in Flensburg. The visit focused on professional exchange regarding multidisciplinary collaboration at the Childhood House and the further development of child protection and children's rights.
In her speech, Queen Silvia said: "For me, the Childhood House Flensburg is a prime example of how good conditions and networks can be used, challenges can be identified together, and gaps in the systems can be closed."
On Thursday, Queen Silvia wore her Zara blazer with her Vesna W blouse and black trousers. She paired the outfit with her Rieker trainers and her Mulberry bag. She also wore her Cartier bracelet.
